Business sustainability analysis is an in-depth process with the potential to expend considerable resources. That does not need to be the case.  Our online resource assesses key financial metrics and operational indicators, facility factors, and workflow efficiency. We generate a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) report and provide consultation on how senior leadership can develop a scorecard to track patient outcomes and organizational health and assess performance.
