Coach Academy
In a 2013 National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) study of different approaches to technical assistance, coaching was shown to be the most important element in supporting NIATx improvement projects. The NIATx Foundation Coach Academy follows lessons learned from the application of Lean and Six Sigma models. The Academy provides a thorough grounding in theory coupled with direct practice with NIATx coaching. Coaches receive ongoing training and mentoring to further develop skills in conflict resolution strategies, knowledge of organizational politics. and change.
