Guy Hardcastle brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in the field of treatment and recovery, guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult challenges. His career began in wilderness therapy, where he witnessed firsthand the power of nature and structure in fostering personal growth and resilience. From there, he expanded his work into the nonprofit sector, dedicating himself to programs that prioritize accessibility, compassion, and long-term change for those in need.

For more than a decade, Mr. Hardcastle served as CEO and partner of a privately held residential treatment center, where he helped shape a culture of integrity, innovation, and results-driven care. Under his leadership, the center became known for its commitment to evidence-based practices, while also cultivating a deeply personalized approach for every client. His vision and steady guidance earned the trust of families, clinicians, and colleagues alike, establishing him as a respected leader in the treatment community.
