Process Analytics

Business sustainability analysis can be an in-depth process with the potential to result in the expenditure of considerable resources. That does not need to be the case.  Our online resource assesses key financial metrics and operational indicators, facility factors, and workflow efficiency. We then generate a simple Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) feedback report for the individual provider and network. Consultation on how senior leadership can then develop an organizational scorecard to track patient outcomes and organizational health allows the organization to assess performance over time.

In addition, the NIATx process helps to ensure organizations have the ability to respond to business disruptions (e.g., legislative and regulatory changes, funding source and economic changes, loss of key staff, competition, new technologies) to sustain operations and patient care over time.
